Staff Accountant

$60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per Year
Key Responsibilities
- Record financial transactions accurately and on time.
- Perform regular bank reconciliations.
- Assist in preparing financial statements and reports.
- Help prepare and monitor budgets.
- Provide support during audits.
- Process invoices, payments, and collections.
- Review and process employee expense reports.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and policies.
- Identify and implement process improvements.
- Collaborate with other departments for accurate information flow.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- At least four years of accounting experience.
- Proficient in accounting software (specifically QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Strong ethical standards and integrity.
- Temporary to hire
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- Fully onsite in Seattle, WA
