Job Title: Senior Litigation Paralegal Location: Downtown Seattle, WA Schedule: Hybrid (3 days on-site, 2 days remote) Billable hour requirement: 1200/year Hours: 9 am - 5pm Salary Range: $85,000- $100,000 annually


Key Responsibilities:


  • Assist attorneys with all aspects of case preparation, including research, document review, and drafting pleadings.
  • Coordinate and manage discovery, including document collection, production, and review.
  • Prepare and organize materials for hearings, depositions, and trials.
  • Communicate with clients, witnesses, and opposing counsel as needed.
  • Maintain case files and ensure all deadlines are met.

Qualifications:


  • 7+ years of WA state litigation paralegal experience, preferably in a law firm setting.
  • Paralegal certificate or equivalent experience; bachelor degree preferred.
  • Proficiency in litigation support software and eDiscovery tools. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
