Responsibilities:
- Process weekly payroll for employees across multiple states
- Stay updated on all federal and state tax guidelines
- Respond to employee inquiries
- Review contracts to ensure payroll accuracy
- Audit payroll variances and research to solve discrepancies
- Additional projects and tasks as needed
- At least three years of payroll processing experience
- Knowledge of payroll processing platforms, such as UKG or ADP, is preferred
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Strong customer service skills and able to communicate with internal customers
- Temporary for a year
- Hybrid schedule after training
- Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Pay Details: $35.00 to $40.00 per hour
