Job Title: Complex Litigation Paralegal (Plaintiff)
Location: Seattle, WA
Employment Type: Hybrid (1 day per week in office after training period, or possibility of remote for select candidates)
Salary: Up to $120,000
Experience Required: 5+ years
Job Description:
We have an open position for a Complex Litigation Paralegal. The ideal candidate will have experience with large cases and multi-party litigation, preferably in federal court. High-level e-discovery experience is essential, with a strong preference for proficiency in Relativity.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing large case files and multi-party litigation
Handling federal court procedures
Conducting high-level e-discovery
Utilizing Relativity for document review and management
Leading projects from inception through delivery, including resource requirements, workflows, and competing deadlines
Serving as the primary contact throughout a project, leading meetings, proactively identifying and resolving issues, and ensuring accurate and timely deliverables
Collaborating on the delivery of complex projects that integrate multiple resources
Strong cite check capabilities utilizing The Bluebook, Westlaw, and Lexis+
Excellent writing and research skills
Qualifications:
5+ years of direct experience as a litigation paralegal with project management responsibility
Complex, multi-party, large case litigation experience
