Job Title: Litigation Paralegal (Hybrid)
Location: Downtown Seattle, WA
Schedule: Hybrid (3 days on-site, 2 days remote) Billable hour requirement: 1200/year Hours: 9 am - 5pm
Salary Range: $85,000- $100,000 annually
LHH is looking for a senior level litigation paralegal for our client in downtown Seattle, WA. Candidates must be local to Seattle and able to commute 3 times a week to their office.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist attorneys with all aspects of case preparation, including research, document review, and drafting pleadings.
Coordinate and manage discovery, including document collection, production, and review.
Prepare and organize materials for hearings, depositions, and trials.
Communicate with clients, witnesses, and opposing counsel as needed.
Maintain case files and ensure all deadlines are met.
Qualifications:
7+ years of litigation paralegal experience, preferably in a law firm setting.
Paralegal certificate or equivalent experience; bachelor degree preferred.
Proficiency in litigation support software and eDiscovery tools. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Software:Tabs3 and Practice Master

3.5% profit sharing
2 weeks PTO, increasing to 3 weeks after 5 years (accrued immediately, usable after 90 days)
