Job Title: Litigation Legal Assistant
Location: Seattle, WA (Hybrid)
Employment Type: Direct Hire
Salary: $85,000 - $95,000

LHH is working with a prominent law office in Seattle seeking a Litigation Legal Assistant with at least 5+ years of experience to support Shareholders and 1-2 attorneys. The team is expanding, and the position will focus on asbestos cases, casualty litigation, and other general legal support.


Responsibilities:

  • Support a Shareholder specializing in asbestos cases and 1-2 attorneys, primarily in litigation.

  • Communicate effectively and manage a high volume of emails (up to 100 daily).

  • Organize case files, prepare legal documents, and manage calendar/docketing tasks.

  • Handle court filings and adhere to Washington State and Federal court procedures.

  • Collaborate with a fast-paced team and maintain a high level of organization.

  • Engage in performance review and bonus eligibility based on individual performance.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of litigation experience

  • Experience with asbestos cases is highly desirable.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Word; experience with Net Docs is a plus.

  • Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and deadlines.
