Compliance Administrative Assistant

LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with a healthcare group in Scottsdale. This organization is in search of an administrative assistant to support the Chief Compliance Officer, as well as the HR department. This job is looking for someone who is ideally fully Bilingual Spanish, though it is not a dealbreaker. This role is Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, fully in office. The hourly rate is between $20/hr-$25/hr DOE.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CCO, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating communications.
  • Assist the HR department with various functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee record management.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality at all times.
  • Prepare and format documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
  • Organize and coordinate office activities and events.
  • Act as a liaison between HR and other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Respond to internal and external inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned to support overall office operations.

Qualifications:


  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or higher preferred.
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role, preferably within a healthcare or corporate setting.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
