Job Title: Customer Service Representative II

Job Type: Full-time, On-site
Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Customer Service Account Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and call management, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Compile and analyze data for customer business reviews and reports.
Facilitate customer onboarding, ensuring all necessary documentation is submitted and systems are set up.
Process recurring reports and handle ad hoc data analysis requests.
Address and resolve customer inquiries, escalating issues when necessary.
Manage customer accounts, including price adjustments and rebates.
Assist with order verification and resolving discrepancies.
Maintain a data-driven approach and provide insightful analysis.
Execute interdepartmental requests and respond promptly.
Manage long-term projects and ensure timely completion.
Core Competencies:
Strong reading comprehension.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize workload, multitask, and meet deadlines.
Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate excellent follow-up and organizational skills.
Present a positive image to clients, colleagues, and the public.
Work Experience:
1-3 years of corporate office experience required.
Education, Certificates, Licenses, or Designations:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Specific Skills:
Intermediate to advanced experience with Microsoft Office applications.
