Description:


We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Customer Service Account Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and call management, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.



  • Compile and analyze data for customer business reviews and reports.


  • Facilitate customer onboarding, ensuring all necessary documentation is submitted and systems are set up.


  • Process recurring reports and handle ad hoc data analysis requests.


  • Address and resolve customer inquiries, escalating issues when necessary.


  • Manage customer accounts, including price adjustments and rebates.


  • Assist with order verification and resolving discrepancies.


  • Maintain a data-driven approach and provide insightful analysis.


  • Execute interdepartmental requests and respond promptly.


  • Manage long-term projects and ensure timely completion.


Core Competencies:



  • Strong reading comprehension.


  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.


  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.


  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize workload, multitask, and meet deadlines.


  • Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate excellent follow-up and organizational skills.


  • Present a positive image to clients, colleagues, and the public.


Work Experience:



  • 1-3 years of corporate office experience required.


Education, Certificates, Licenses, or Designations:



  • High School Diploma or equivalent.


Specific Skills:



  • Intermediate to advanced experience with Microsoft Office applications.
