LHH Recruitment is seeking an energetic, customer-focused Purchasing Specialist with a passion for their career to support a client in Sarasota, FL. Our client believes the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in Purchasing and Customer Service, understand basic Supply Chain ERP software, and has professional phone and email etiquette. Responsibilities:
  • Controls and executes all aspects of inventory management
  • Manage and process all orders
  • Manage email and phone requests
  • Support customer inquiries and requests, such as returns and exchanges, managing sample requests, and damaged inventory
  • Prepare documents and bills of ladings to route product
  • Work with design, production, and finance department as needed
Experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in supply chain and logistics and customer service
  • Bilingual Spanish and English preferred
Skills:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Ability to work independently
  • Interact positively with customers
Work Type:
