LHH Recruitment is seeking an energetic, customer-focused Customer Service Specialist with a passion for their career to support a client in Sarasota, FL. Our client believes the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in Purchasing and Customer Service, understand basic Supply Chain ERP software, and has professional phone and email etiquette.
Responsibilities
- Manage and process all orders
- Manage email and phone requests
- Support customer inquiries and requests, such as returns and exchanges, managing sample requests, and damaged inventory
- Prepare documents and bills of ladings to route product
- Work with design, production, and finance department as needed
Experience
- At least 2 years of experience in supply chain and logistics and customer service
- Bilingual Spanish and English preferred
Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to work independently
- Interact positively with customers
