LHH Recruitment is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support a manufacturing company in Sarasota, FL. This candidate must be fully bilingual in Spanish and English. The ideal candidate will have experience working in customer service and purchasing departments. Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate a strong product and handle all customer needs
  • Process orders via telephone and email
  • Assist all customers and clients with inquiries and problems
  • Heavy data entry
  • Master and utilize company standard processes and procedures.
Experience
  • 1-3 years of experience processing orders and supporting customers
  • MUST be bilingual in Spanish and English
Skills:
  • Proficient in Excel, Powerpoint, and CRM
  • Organized
  • Associate's Degree preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Work Type:
  • Onsite, Full Time

  • Compensation: $19-20/hr
