$50.00 - $80.00 per Hour
- Calendar management: Proactively manage and prioritize CEO's schedule, including handling meeting requests and ensuring efficient time management.
- International travel arrangements: Coordinate complex travel itineraries, accommodations, and visa requirements.
- Expense reports: Prepare and submit accurate and timely expense reports.
- Partner to CEO: Anticipate needs and act as a strategic partner, handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Tech troubleshooting: Assist with basic tech issues and liaise with IT support as needed.
- Minimum 7+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant
- Proficient in MS Outlook, Excel, and other relevant software.
- Resourceful problem solver with strong communication and organizational skills.
