• Manage and maintain relationships with service accounts.
• Provide timely and accurate communication to clients regarding products and services.
• Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly.
• Collaborate with sales and service teams to meet account performance objectives.
• Monitor account activity and report on service metrics.

Qualifications:

• Proven customer service or account management experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• 5 or more years of work experience in inside sales and/or project coordination within a commercial or industrial service provider (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or other building trade contractor or vendor).
