LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring a Program Director for our nonprofit client located in North San Francisco. This role will be 100% onsite and a full-time, contract-to-hire opportunity. This role will be focused on overseeing our client's facility, staff, and overall operations for the facility. Interested candidates must have leadership experience and experience working with SMI and individuals who have experience substance abuse ailments.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Social Work/Psychology or similar field strongly desired, Bachelor's Degree required
- Minimum 5 years management experience overseeing a clinic facility
- Must have experience working with SMI population and/or individuals experiencing substance abuse disorders
Skills
- Excellent leadership skills and proven experience managing a large team
- Experience working with vulnerable populations, including SMI and SUD
- Strong ability to work well under pressure and be able to handle high-stress situations
- Overall ability to analyze fiscal operations and make sound judgment calls
- Ability to lead a team, especially in high-pressure situations
