Pediatric Clinic Front Office Coordinator LHH is looking for a friendly and organized Front Office Coordinator to join our client’s pediatric clinic. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our young patients and their families, ensuring they have a smooth and welcoming experience from start to finish. Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet Patients: Answer phones, return messages, and warmly welcome patients. You’ll be their main point of contact throughout their treatment.
  • Manage Patient Info: Enter and update patient information in AxiUm, including verifying addresses and insurance details. Keep our electronic records accurate and up to date.
  • Coordinate Appointments: Schedule and confirm appointments for patients, students, and faculty. Ensure that insurance information is accurate and current.
  • Track and Report: Monitor patient visits to maintain consistency in scheduled appointments. Run monthly account reports and follow up with patients on past due payments.
  • Support and Communicate: Respond to patient inquiries regarding their accounts and collaborate with clinic staff and management to resolve any issues.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Experience in a similar role, preferably in a dental office or healthcare setting.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with basic computer applications and electronic health records.
  • A friendly and professional demeanor, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Details:
  • Type: Contract (6 months, covering employee out on leave. Not guaranteed to go perm)
  • Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Pay Rate: $22-$29/hr depending on experience.
  • Target Start Date: ASAP
  • Location: San Francisco, CA 94103
    • No parking, right off the Powell Street Bart Station
