Job Posting: Mail Clerk
Location: San Francisco Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM Pay: $22 per hour Duration: Temporary position through November 15th Start Date: ASAP
Job Responsibilities:
Collect, sort, and document incoming mail accurately
Scan and print documents, ensuring readiness for FedEx shipments
Create and print advertisements as needed
Manage email communications
Answer phone calls professionally and efficiently
Assist with front desk duties, requiring high attention to detail
Key Qualifications:
Highly efficient with an exceptional attention to detail; no room for error
Self-starter who is resourceful and works well independently
Capable of finding solutions through Google and does not ask unnecessary questions
Proficient in Microsoft Suite, specifically Outlook and Word
Role Focus:
Managing and organizing sleeving and backlog of mail
This is a fully onsite role in San Francisco. If you are detail-oriented, self-motivated, and ready to start immediately, we encourage you to apply.
