LHH is seeking a dedicated ERP & Systems Support Specialist to join our client's dynamic team in San Francisco, CA. This onsite contract-to-hire role is essential for providing hands-on support, solutions, and expertise to ERP end-users across all modules of D365 and its applications. Additionally, you will assist with various IT needs for assigned locations.


Responsibilities:


  • Serve as part of a tier 2 and tier 3 support team within a D365, or equivalent cloud-based ERP, operating environment.
  • Manage and prioritize support tickets to meet agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Provide technical support to business and manufacturing end-users.
  • Collaborate with the D365 Implementation Team to assist with technical tasks required for development testing prior to deployment.
  • Work closely with system users to resolve daily issues and/or errors related to system hardware/software configurations, system enhancements, and post-implementation support.
  • Escalate queries for development to business consultants as necessary.
  • Analyze, troubleshoot, and evaluate technology issues.
  • Provide troubleshooting and support for label printers, mobile computers, PCs, and tablets accessing D365.

Qualifications:


  • Minimum of 1-3 years of support experience with D365.
  • Ability to conduct functional testing, write and execute test scripts, and bug reports.
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to prioritize and resolve issues amid competing priorities.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • ERP system experience and/or a solid understanding of ERP system functionality in a "job shop" environment.
  • Experience working with Power Apps.
  • Microsoft certifications in D365 are preferred.

Physical Requirements:


  • Must be able to sit, stand, and walk for long periods.
  • Must be able to use a computer and other office equipment as needed.
  • Reaching above shoulder heights, below the waist, or lifting to install or store equipment will be required.
  • This position will be exposed to the manufacturing area.
  • Lifting up to 50 lbs may be required.
