Job Title: Business Intelligence Analyst (6-Month Contract)
Overview: The Enterprise Analytics team seeks two Business Intelligence Analysts to join on a 6-month contract to support our mission of driving confident, data-backed decision-making across the company. This team provides crucial insights to multiple departments, including Marketing, Client Experience, and Merchandising, supporting business strategies, opportunity sizing, and risk management. As part of a high-visibility Data + Analytics team, you will be directly involved in projects with measurable impact from day one.
Key Responsibilities:
Data & Analytics Support: Collaborate with partners across various departments to meet their analytics and reporting needs, empowering informed decision-making.
Reporting & Self-Service Development: Design, develop, and deliver key reports while building self-service tools to allow partners easy access to performance data.
Solution Design: Work closely with Product Data Scientists to develop effective solutions that balance short-term needs and long-term value, optimizing effort and impact.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Develop strong, collaborative relationships with stakeholders in Finance, Data Science, Merchandising, and other key departments to drive impactful data-driven decisions.
Roadmap & Investment Guidance: Assist partners in defining their strategic roadmap and guiding investment decisions through opportunity sizing and decision support.

Qualifications:
Experience: 3-5+ years in an analytics role with a strong track record of using data and analytics to influence business decisions.
Technical Skills: Advanced skills in SQL or Python (Excel proficiency considered). Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI) and an understanding of dashboarding best practices.
Stakeholder Engagement: Proven experience partnering with product managers or business stakeholders to leverage data in decision-making.
Communication Skills: Ability to simplify complex analytical insights for cross-functional business partners.
Prioritization & Pragmatism: Ability to prioritize tasks based on business impact, applying a pragmatic approach to complex problems.
Curiosity & Learning: Eagerness to explore new technical concepts and ask the right questions; domain expertise is welcome but not required.
Autonomy & Ownership: Experience working independently and managing projects with accountability from start to finish.
Preferred Qualifications:
Education: Degree in a business, economics, mathematics, statistics, computer science, or other quantitative field.
