LHH is teaming up with an established Credit Union in San Francisco, CA in search of an experienced Branch Services Representative! This position is crucial in connecting with members, providing stellar service, and fostering strong relationships. As the primary liaison between members and the credit union, you'll be instrumental in delivering a comprehensive range of services, educating members on offerings, and ensuring their needs are met with precision and care.


The ideal candidate for the Branch Services Representative role is a personable and reliable professional with at least one year of banking experience and a background in sales. They excel in delivering exceptional customer service, manage multiple tasks efficiently, and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Proficiency in cash handling and business software, combined with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and contributing to team goals, makes them well-suited for this dynamic role.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Act as a key point of contact for members, offering exceptional service and addressing their needs across all channels.


  • Engage actively in branch, departmental, and organizational meetings to contribute to goals and strategies.


  • Safeguard member and organizational information by following strict confidentiality and security protocols.


  • Communicate clearly and accurately, both verbally and in writing, to provide precise information and resolve inquiries.


  • Efficiently process teller transactions and regularly reconcile cash drawers to maintain accuracy.


  • Investigate and respond to member feedback and questions with thorough and accurate information.


  • Proactively recommend and align credit union products and services to meet the financial needs of members.


  • Assist members in completing membership and loan applications, ensuring all necessary documentation is accurate and complete.


  • Maintain and update account files and member profiles to ensure all information is current.


  • Support operational audits to ensure compliance and efficiency.


Experience:



  • At least one year of experience in a banking environment, a background in sales is a huge plus.


  • Software: Microsoft Office


  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced setting.


  • Strong customer service skills with excellent communication abilities.


  • Proficient in handling cash, using cash handling machines


Location: On-site in San Francisco, CA. Job Type: Direct Hire Hours: 4 weekdays/week 9:30 AM-5:30 PM and Saturdays 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM. Day off during the week may vary.
