LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently hiring an Assistant Community Manager in San Mateo. The ideal candidate will have at least a minimum of 1 year of residential management experience and will be able to work in a fast-paced environment.


Location: San Francisco, CA


Property: 170 Units


Compensation: $24-$27


Job Responsibilities:



  • Schedule income verification appointments, process lease agreements, and maintain the housing waitlist.


  • Assist in re-certifications, welfare exemption documents, MOR, and TCAC reviews.


  • Handle notices, vacancies, turnover forms, rent collection, security deposits, petty cash, and bank deposits.


  • Conduct property inspections, identifying maintenance and security issues.


  • Foster relationships with law enforcement and emergency agencies.


  • Coordinate maintenance inspections, ensuring timely processing of work orders.


  • Maintain resident and property files while safeguarding confidential information.


  • Communicate emergency preparedness procedures to residents and coordinate resident meetings.


  • Perform additional duties as assigned.


Qualifications:



  • High School diploma or GED, along with one year of residential property management, customer service, or administrative experience (or equivalent education and experience).


  • Proficiency in MS Office and/or RealPage software system.


  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.


  • Customer service-oriented with a proven ability to achieve measurable results.


  • Independent worker with the capacity to collaborate in a team-based environment.


  • Well-organized and detail-oriented.


  • Possession of a valid California Driver’s License, proof of current auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
