Accounts Receivable Specialist

LHH is seeking a qualified Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our clients team in San Francisco, CA. This is a contract position requiring 2 days onsite per week. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in full-cycle accounts receivable and proficiency with ERP systems.

Responsibilities:

· Manage the full cycle of accounts receivable including invoicing, billing, collections, and reconciliations.

· Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer payments.

· Investigate and resolve discrepancies or issues with customer accounts.

· Communicate effectively with internal teams and external customers regarding billing inquiries and payment status.

· Utilize ERP systems to record transactions and maintain accurate records.

· Generate and analyze reports to track accounts receivable metrics and performance.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.

· 3-5 years of experience in accounts receivable or related role.

· Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.

· Experience working with ERP systems, such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities.

· Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

This is a 6-month contract position with a pay rate of $38 - $43 per hour, commensurate with experience.
