LHH has partnered with a dynamic and fast-paced insurance company located in beautiful Carlsbad. They are experiencing a busy period and looking for dedicated individuals to join the team temporarily to help maintain their high standards of customer service and administrative efficiency.


The ideal candidate will have previous call center experience, excellent communication skills, and a knack for administrative tasks. This role involves handling customer inquiries via email and following up on administrative tasks. This is a great opportunity to work in a nice office with a supportive team and gain valuable experience in the insurance industry!

Key Responsibilities:



  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email


  • Follow up on administrative tasks and ensure all customer inquiries are resolved promptly


  • Open and distribute mail efficiently


  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions


  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer service experience


Qualifications:



  • Previous call center or customer service experience preferred


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills


  • Strong administrative skills with attention to detail


  • Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of work in a busy environment


  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software for customer service and administrative tasks


Additional Details:



  • Location: Carlsbad, CA


  • Pay: $21-$22/hour


  • Schedule: Monday-Friday; 6:00am-2:30pm or 8:30am-5:00pm


  • Duration: Contract for 3-5 months
