LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a temporary organized Payroll Coordinator to join our clients team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full cycle of payroll processing, ensuring accurate and timely payment to employees. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills and a thorough understanding of payroll regulations and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Process bi-weekly or monthly payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements


  • Maintain and update payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data


  • Verify payroll data, including wages, benefits, garnishments, taxes, and other deductions


  • Prepare and distribute payroll reports and summaries for management review


  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll issues, deductions, and discrepancies


  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll, wage, and hour laws and best practices


  • Collaborate with HR and accounting departments to ensure accurate employee data and resolve payroll discrepancies


  • Manage payroll records and documentation, maintaining strict confidentiality and security



Qualifications:



  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred but not required


  • Proven experience in payroll processing or a similar role


  • Strong knowledge of payroll software and systems


  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills


  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy


  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills



Working Hours:



  • 40 hours per week


  • Monday- Friday


  • 8:00am-5:00pm PST
