Office Manager job in San Diego, CA
LHH has partnered with an established company in Downtown San Diego who is actively seeking an Office Coordinator to join their team! This is a Contract-To-Hire opportunity to expand your career in managing and coordinating office space, facilities, operations and administrative duties while supporting a tight knit team with strong team culture and positive mission!
Responsibilities:
Oversee general office operations and supervise the Office Assistant
Support the Executive Assistant and Head of HR with projects and daily activities
Provide leadership and support for corporate events, fundraisers, and employee functions
Point of contact for building-related issues, including employee parking and general facilities concerns
Lead complex administrative tasks and assist management in resolving recurring issues
Manage internal and external correspondence, along with PowerPoint presentations and documents
Review expense reports for budgeting purposes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with cost-center requirements
Process invoices for facility-related products and maintain vendor files and contacts
Assist sales with preparing and shipping marketing materials for trade shows and events
Effectively and timely follow up with different staff and departments
Provide Administrative support to ensure efficient business operations
Assist with special projects as requested and any additional duties
Additional Details:
Pay: $28.00-$31.25/hour based on experience
Schedule: 6:30am-3:30pm; Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week
Location: Fully onsite in Downtown, San Diego (parking is covered)
Length: Contract-To-Hire
Qualifications:
3+ years of relevant Office Manager, Facilities, Operations or relevant experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Thrives in a fast paced environment and wearing different hats
Very tech savvy and fast learner
Prioritize and manage time efficiently
Highly organized with a strong attention to detail and positive attitude!
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
