Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000 per year
Job Type: Full-time, Direct Hire, Hybrid (3 days onsite)
LHH is working with a dynamic law firm located in San Diego, CA, specializing in commercial and business litigation. We are currently seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join their team. This position offers a hybrid work arrangement, with 3 days onsite, providing an excellent opportunity for professional growth and a collaborative work environment.
Responsibilities:
Correspondence and Legal Document Drafting: Produce routine correspondence and legal documents with precision, emphasizing a meticulous approach.
Record Administration: Efficiently gather, organize, and meticulously review legal records.
Discovery and Trial Support: Aid in all facets of discovery, encompassing document production, responses to discovery requests, and trial preparation.
File Oversight: Oversee commercial litigation files from intake to settlement, ensuring proper organization and compliance with deadlines.
Communication Proficiency: Excellent written and oral communication skills when engaging with clients, colleagues, and external entities.
Multi-Tasking Prowess: High-paced environment and effectively managing multiple tasks and deadlines concurrently.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal.
Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certificate.
Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in legal research tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience working with eDiscovery software is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
