Contract/Temp to Hire
$65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per Year
- Run certified payroll, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and reporting requirements.
- Utilize ADP and Quickbooks for financial reporting and payroll processing.
- Develop, implement, and oversee HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Maintain employee records and ensure data integrity in HR systems.
- Conduct employee relations investigations and resolve conflicts.
- Support management with performance management processes and employee development initiatives.
- Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Coordinate benefits administration including enrollments, changes, and terminations.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes including job postings, candidate screenings, interviews, and onboarding.
- Handle employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and HR policies in a timely and professional manner.
- Foster a positive work environment by promoting company culture and employee engagement initiatives.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is highly preferred.
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist, preferably in the construction industry.
- Strong proficiency in ADP and QuickBooks.
- Thorough understanding of labor laws and certified payroll.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Location: National City
- Pay: $65,000-$70,000 yearly salary
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, standard office hours
- 40 hours per week
- Duration: Contract-To-Hire
