Responsibilities of the Accounting Manager include:
Oversee and update the financial records and general ledger.
Handle processing of invoices, payments, and expense reports.
Conduct account reconciliations and own the month-end close process.
Provide support for audits and tax filings.
Preparation of financial reports and budgets.
Manage one Accounting Specialist.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred
At least 5 years of experience in Accounting.
Experienced with QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent attention to detail and strong time management skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
