Responsibilities of the Accounting Manager include:

• Oversee and update the financial records and general ledger.

• Handle processing of invoices, payments, and expense reports.

• Conduct account reconciliations and own the month-end close process.

• Provide support for audits and tax filings.

• Preparation of financial reports and budgets.

• Manage one Accounting Specialist.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred

• At least 5 years of experience in Accounting.

• Experienced with QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel.

• Excellent attention to detail and strong time management skills.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
