Role Title: Recruiting Participant Coordinator Duration: 6 Months
Pay: $35hr to $42hr depending on experience level Work Location: Hybrid (Tue-Thu onsite) - San Bruno, CA Work Schedule: Normal Business Hours (PST), Monday - Friday
Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with researchers to understand study requirements and maintain ongoing communication regarding recruitment progress.
Recruit research participants from our public program enrollees, customer databases, and employee referrals.
Screen candidates through online questionnaires and phone interviews to assess availability, interest, and suitability.
Coordinate logistics for user research sessions, including participant scheduling, facility booking, incentive distribution, and vendor management.
Develop and implement strategies to build and maintain a robust participant database.
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience in client/customer-facing roles.
Previous work experience in coordination, administrative support, project management, high-touch customer support, or recruiting.
Preferred Qualifications:
Proficiency with Google Apps (Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Analytics, etc.).
Familiarity with NDA and privacy best practices, including opt-in procedures.
Experience with database technology, including querying and reporting.
