- Manage attorney calendars to facilitate deadlines and appointments
- Transcribe and draft correspondence and legal documents
- Maintain and organize client files efficiently
- Meet with clients to gather information and provide updates
- Oversee and ensure adherence to all legal deadlines
- 3+ years of experience as a legal assistant
- Experience in estate planning or litigation is preferred
- Notary certification is a requirement
- Proactive and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with state and federal filing procedures in Oregon
