Office Administrator
Are you looking for an administrative opportunity in St. Joseph, MO? Look no further! LHH is recruiting for an Office Administrator for a client located in Saint Joseph, MO that will manage the office, assist with customer service, scheduling, billing and more. This will be a contract role with potential to go permanent for the right person. Pay for this role starts at $20/hour and goes up based on experience. Duties include:
Front desk management
Greet customers
Scheduling service visits
Outbound collection calls for business and residential accounts
Manage the office and support team in the field
Take payments
Assist customers over the phone, via email and in-person
Assist with projects as needed
Qualifications:
High School degree required.
2+ years of administrative experience
Experience with customer service, collections and front desk management is ideal
Ability to communicate effectively with customers and co-workers
Ability to work independently
Service focused/minded
Team mentality
Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task
Sense of urgency
Eager to learn
