Job Posting: Prevailing Wage Coordinator


Location: Rancho Cordova, CA Compensation: $32-$34 per hour


We are looking for a proficient Prevailing Wage Coordinator to join our team in Rancho Cordova, CA. This position plays a vital role in maintaining adherence to prevailing wage regulations on our construction projects.


Responsibilities:



  • Compile and submit necessary compliance documentation for job sites.


  • Ensure all prevailing wage documentation is submitted in a timely manner.


  • Address any discrepancies and ensure necessary revisions are made.


  • Confirm subcontractors' DIR numbers and track their expiration dates.


  • Provide wage determinations to the estimating team.


  • Participate in preconstruction meetings with awarding bodies.


  • Work with third-party compliance firms to review and approve subcontractor documents.


  • Finalize contracts at all levels.


  • Prepare prevailing wage documents for subcontractor agreements.


  • Analyze contract award details and set up required files and documentation.


  • Generate weekly reports for the Project Manager and Accountant.


Qualifications:



  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, LCP Tracker, and DIR.


  • Familiarity with SAGE 100.


  • At least 2 years of experience in a prevailing wage role within the construction sector.
