Job Posting: Prevailing Wage Coordinator
Location: Rancho Cordova, CA Compensation: $32-$34 per hour
We are looking for a proficient Prevailing Wage Coordinator to join our team in Rancho Cordova, CA. This position plays a vital role in maintaining adherence to prevailing wage regulations on our construction projects.
Responsibilities:
Compile and submit necessary compliance documentation for job sites.
Ensure all prevailing wage documentation is submitted in a timely manner.
Address any discrepancies and ensure necessary revisions are made.
Confirm subcontractors' DIR numbers and track their expiration dates.
Provide wage determinations to the estimating team.
Participate in preconstruction meetings with awarding bodies.
Work with third-party compliance firms to review and approve subcontractor documents.
Finalize contracts at all levels.
Prepare prevailing wage documents for subcontractor agreements.
Analyze contract award details and set up required files and documentation.
Generate weekly reports for the Project Manager and Accountant.
Qualifications:
Advanced proficiency in Excel, LCP Tracker, and DIR.
Familiarity with SAGE 100.
At least 2 years of experience in a prevailing wage role within the construction sector.
