LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a dedicated Member Experience Coordinator for our healthcare client in North Sacramento. This role will be 100% onsite and offers a contract-to-hire opportunity. As the primary point of contact for members, providers, and other stakeholders, you'll play a vital role in ensuring a seamless experience for all. Your Mission: As an MSR, you'll be the first point of contact for our members, providers, and partners. From answering inquiries and resolving issues to providing stellar service, you'll be the superhero our members deserve! Help members with claims processing, including reviewing claims for completeness and accuracy, following up on outstanding claims, and resolving any issues that arise during the claims process.


Must-Haves:



  • Good tenure and call center experience.


  • Spanish speaking skills are a plus.


  • Minimum 2 years of benefit enrollment experience required, HMO experience desired


  • Healthcare background is a must.


Skills:



  • Self-motivated and driven to meet and exceed production metrics set by the management team, showcasing a commitment to excellence.


  • Thrives in a fast-paced, high-call volume environment, maintaining composure and efficiency to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.


  • Exhibits patience and warmth over the phone, delivering exceptional customer service experiences with a genuine and empathetic approach.


Work Schedule: Flexibility is key! With call center hours from 7:30 am to 7:00 pm, six days a week (and extended hours during open enrollment), we need team players who can roll with the punches and deliver exceptional service, no matter the time.
