About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and driven HR Manager to join our team in Sacramento. This is an onsite role offering the opportunity to lead human resources efforts for a growing organization in the construction industry. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, benefits administration, and performance management.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership and employees on HR-related matters.
Collaborate with teams to drive organizational initiatives, support workforce planning, and enhance employee engagement.
Analyze HR metrics and provide recommendations to improve workforce effectiveness.
Manage disciplinary and grievance procedures with fairness and professionalism.
Requirements:
Experience: At least 5 years of proven experience in human resources, with a strong understanding of HR best practices.
Language Skills: Bilingual in Spanish (Required).
Industry Experience: Previous experience in the construction industry (Required).
Organizational Skills: Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Time Management: Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
