Located in Roseville, Ca
Salary: $80K
Bilingual in Russian a Plus
Responsibilities:
Ensure HR compliance with policies and regulations
Advise managers and CEO on HR policies and laws
Review and update the employee handbook annually
Stay updated on driver standards, DOT, and OSHA regulations
Plan and evaluate HR services and programs
Conduct surveys, assessments, and team-building events
Manage disciplinary actions and compensation reviews
Process workers' compensation claims
Maintain personnel file retention standards
Ensure timely renewals of Workers' Compensation and Benefits
Conduct internal and external audits
Promote job openings via social media and job boards
Develop and review job descriptions
Conduct interviews and background checks
Assist with the application process and conduct orientations
Qualifications:
2-3 years of HR Generalist experience required
HR degree or certification preferred
Skilled in training and problem-solving
Collaborative and promotes a positive culture
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Minimum typing speed of 35 wpm
Strong customer service skills
Fluent in English
Capable of multitasking independently
Excellent interpersonal skills
Reliable with strong attendance record
