HR Manager


Located in Roseville, Ca


Salary: $80K


Bilingual in Russian a Plus


Responsibilities:



  • Ensure HR compliance with policies and regulations


  • Advise managers and CEO on HR policies and laws


  • Review and update the employee handbook annually


  • Stay updated on driver standards, DOT, and OSHA regulations


  • Plan and evaluate HR services and programs


  • Conduct surveys, assessments, and team-building events


  • Manage disciplinary actions and compensation reviews


  • Process workers' compensation claims


  • Maintain personnel file retention standards


  • Ensure timely renewals of Workers' Compensation and Benefits


  • Conduct internal and external audits


  • Promote job openings via social media and job boards


  • Develop and review job descriptions


  • Conduct interviews and background checks


  • Assist with the application process and conduct orientations


Qualifications:



  • 2-3 years of HR Generalist experience required


  • HR degree or certification preferred


  • Skilled in training and problem-solving


  • Collaborative and promotes a positive culture


  • Proficient in Microsoft Office


  • Minimum typing speed of 35 wpm


  • Strong customer service skills


  • Fluent in English


  • Capable of multitasking independently


  • Excellent interpersonal skills


  • Reliable with strong attendance record

Pay Details: $78,000.00 to $80,000.00 per year Search managed by: Brandie Bowen
