LHH Recruitment Solutions is actively seeking A+ Administrative Assistants and HR Assistants available to work contract roles in the Sacramento Area! Main Duties/Responsibilities may include:


  • Screen calls and prioritize e-mails
  • Interaction with vendors and clients
  • Calendar and meeting management
  • Time and expense reports
  • Prepare domestic and international Travel Logistics
  • Prepare and organize documents for client proposals and presentations
  • Address problems and troubleshoot with internal and external stakeholders
  • Cover front desk reception as needed
Skills/Experience
  • High school diploma required; post-secondary education or Associate’s/Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • At least one (1) year relevant work experience as an administrative assistant/receptionist or HR Assistant
  • Strong oral and written communication
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize and successfully meet deadlines
  • Proactive self-starter
  • Experience working both independently and with a collaborative environment
  • Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite
  • CRM, HRIS, and/or ATS software experience a plus!

Pay Rate: $20 -$27/hour, depending on opportunity and experience. Employment type: Contract, Contract to Hire, and Direct Hire available. Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
