- Manage certified payroll and labor compliance for union workers.
- Ensure compliance with prevailing wages and labor regulations.
- Handle labor compliance documents and correspondence.
- Collaborate closely with union representatives and payroll processes to verify compliance ratios.
- Oversee employee signature collection and document uploads to the DIR website.
- Utilize Points North for automated uploads to the DIR.
- 2-3 years’ experience in Labor Compliance and Unions within the Construction industry
- Software: Microsoft Office, Points North, Sage 100
- Great attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Pay Rate: $25-$30/hour, depending on experience
