Labor Compliance Specialist (Roseville, CA) LHH is teaming up with a Manufacturing company in Roseville, CA in search of a Labor Compliance Specialist. This role reports to the Labor Compliance Manager and plays a crucial role in ensuring fair labor practices and compliance within the construction industry. The ideal candidate has 2-3 years’ experience in labor compliance and unions within the construction industry. Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage certified payroll and labor compliance for union workers.
  • Ensure compliance with prevailing wages and labor regulations.
  • Handle labor compliance documents and correspondence.
  • Collaborate closely with union representatives and payroll processes to verify compliance ratios.
  • Oversee employee signature collection and document uploads to the DIR website.
  • Utilize Points North for automated uploads to the DIR.
Qualifications:
  • 2-3 years’ experience in Labor Compliance and Unions within the Construction industry
  • Software: Microsoft Office, Points North, Sage 100
  • Great attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
Job Type: Contract-To-Hire Start Date: ASAP Location: fully on-site in Roseville, CA Hours: Full-time, regular office hours. Semi flexible.

Pay Rate: $25-$30/hour, depending on experience
