- Monitor and review subcontractor certified payroll reports and prevailing wage documentation.
- Prepare and maintain compliance documentation for projects and jobsites.
- Ensure timely submission of all required prevailing wage documentation.
- Address discrepancies with subcontractors and facilitate timely revisions.
- Verify subcontractors' DIR numbers and expiration dates.
- Provide wage determinations and related information to the Estimating department.
- Attend preconstruction meetings with awarding agencies as necessary.
- Collaborate with third-party compliance companies for subcontractor documentation review and approval.
- Facilitate contractor close-out processes across all tiers.
- Prepare prevailing wage documentation for subcontractor agreements.
- Assist in preparing weekly reports for Project Managers and Project Accountants.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in a prevailing wage position within the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of state and federal prevailing wage requirements.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Bluebeam, LCP Tracker, eComply, and DIR.
- Experience with Sage 100 and Procore is highly desirable.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and consistently meet deadlines.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in documentation and reporting.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across various levels of project staff and organizational departments.
