Our well respected client in the area is seeking a Corporate Finance Manager to add to their team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for the successful candidate to be part of a fast-paced, high growth, team based company. This role will be responsible for managing a team to drive the budgeting, forecasting, reporting and long range planning as well as work on overall process improvements for the company.
Responsibilities:
Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and analysis and month/quarter end close cycles
Prepare month end close management reporting: analysis of P&L trends and comparisons vs. benchmarks
Collaborate to ensure alignment of financial planning and reporting across all stakeholders and key business drivers
Oversee a multitude of accounting activities including general ledger preparation, financial reporting and year-end audit preparation
Support preparation and coordination of board meetings
Direct and supervise a team
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting or Finance
CPA highly preferred
8+ years of related progressive experience
Excel Savvy and large ERP systems experience
Manufacturing/Automotive background
Detailed-oriented and analytical
Critical Thinker and excellent problem-solving skills
Management experience
