Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to support our client's executives. .
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Heavy calendar management
- Travel arrangements: foreign and domestic
- Set up meetings
- Process expenses
- Plan and organize events
- Project management
- Create correspondence, reports, presentations, and spreadsheets
Requirements:
- 5+ years supporting executive management
- Experience in supporting C-Suite level executives in the Finance or Banking industries is a plus
- Detail-oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
Preferred Skills:
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build internal and external relationships
- Complex meeting and event planning across various time zones and locations
Education:
- BA/BS or equivalent experience desirable
Work Experience:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in an administrative environment, ideally reporting to executive management
- Prior exposure to a fast-paced, international, and multicultural working environment
- Experienced in meeting planning
