Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to support our client's executives. .


Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Heavy calendar management
  • Travel arrangements: foreign and domestic
  • Set up meetings
  • Process expenses
  • Plan and organize events
  • Project management
  • Create correspondence, reports, presentations, and spreadsheets

Requirements:


  • 5+ years supporting executive management
  • Experience in supporting C-Suite level executives in the Finance or Banking industries is a plus
  • Detail-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask

Preferred Skills:


  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build internal and external relationships
  • Complex meeting and event planning across various time zones and locations

Education:


  • BA/BS or equivalent experience desirable

Work Experience:


  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in an administrative environment, ideally reporting to executive management
  • Prior exposure to a fast-paced, international, and multicultural working environment
  • Experienced in meeting planning
