We are seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant to join our client's team in Northern NJ. The ideal candidate will manage the day-to-day business development functions of the company.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Answering phones
- Drafting correspondence
- Mail merging lists and labels for mailings
- Creating form letters and envelopes
- Setting up all paper and digital files
- Ordering office supplies
- Handling postage and Fed-Ex
Requirements:
- Associate's degree required
- High level of proficiency in using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint software
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to follow instructions
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with a diverse group of people
- Ability to prioritize and successfully manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
Preferred Skills:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proactive approach to problem-solving
- Strong decision-making capability
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Education:
- Associate's degree strongly preferred
Work Experience:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in an administrative environment
