As the Staff Accountant your job duties will include:

• Preparing journal entries with proper support

• Maintaining fixed assets and verifying depreciation schedules

• Reconciling balance sheet accounts including prepaids, allowances, and roll forwards

• Reconciling AP and AR subledgers

• Verifying proper job costing

• Performing first round analysis on month end

You are the right person if you have:

• Bachelor degree

• 2 years of staff level accounting experience

• 1 year of accounting experience in manufacturing or construction
