Senior Accountant

Responsibilities
- Perform GL reconciliations, post journal entries, and process accruals
- Participate in month-end and year-end closing processes
- Assist with audit and financial reporting
- Fixed Assets duties including assigning asset lives and straight-line depreciation
- Additional duties as the department may require
Qualifications
- 4+ years of accounting experience
- Mix of public accounting and corporate accounting preferred
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
- Active CPA highly desired
Skills
- Proficiency in Excel (PivotTable, XLOOKUP, Index Match, IF Statements, etc.)
- High-level understanding of U.S. GAAP and accounting controls
- Demonstrated experience analyzing and interpreting large data sets
- Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
