LHH is partnering with a reputable client in Renton, WA, to find a skilled and motivated Data Analyst for an ongoing contract position. This role is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to contribute to a dynamic team and make a significant impact on our client’s data management and analysis initiatives. This role is 100% onsite.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Analyze complex datasets to derive actionable insights and support business decision-making.


  • Develop, maintain, and automate reports and dashboards to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.


  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide tailored solutions.


  • Perform data cleaning, validation, and transformation to ensure high data quality.


  • Utilize statistical techniques and tools to interpret data and identify trends, patterns, and correlations.


  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear and compelling data visualizations and reports.


  • Support the development and implementation of data management strategies and best practices.


Qualifications:



  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.


  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis or a related role.


  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Excel).


  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).


  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.


  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Advanced degree in a related field.


  • Experience in the [specific industry, if relevant to the client].


  • Knowledge of data governance and data quality best practices.
