LHH has a client located out of Redmond, WA who needs a REMOTE Program Manager (Non Tech 2) on a contract opportunity!

Brief Overview:
The purpose of this team is managing the Client’s public roadmap and change communications for commercial customers.
o Managing and curating the Client public roadmap.
o Providing advance notices of changes to commercial customers.
o Running a Change Council board to review and deploy complicated changes.
o Ensuring accurate and timely publication of roadmap items with signoffs from product managers and product marketing managers.
The role will consist of the following: 70% Ticket Management and Interactions: Handling and following up on roadmap items, interacting with product managers and marketing managers to get sign-offs, and ensuring items are ready for publication. 20% Collaboration and Communication: Engaging in team chats for collaboration and managing automated notifications. 5% Change Council Meetings: Organizing and participating in Change Council meetings, preparing slides, and taking meeting notes. 5% Administrative Tasks: Using tools like Excel, Power BI, and SharePoint to track and manage processes efficiently.
Summary:
The main function of a non-IT program manager is to plan, direct, or coordinate activities in such fields as engineering, research and development, financial systems and product roll-out, etc. or any other non-IT based project.
Job Responsibilities:- Coordinate projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities.
- Present and explain proposals, reports and findings to clients.
- Recruit employees, assign, direct, and evaluate their work, and oversee the development and maintenance of staff competence.
- Analyze technology, resource needs and market demand, to plan and assess the feasibility of projects.
- Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
- Basic ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
- Basic knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
- Basic knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.
- Basic knowledge of computer software, such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio etc.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
- PMI or PMP certification preferred.
- 2-4 years’ experience required.
Top 3 Hard Skills Required + Years of Experience:
1. Minimum 4 years’ experience with Excel and PowerBI
2. Minimum 4 years’ experience with Previous Microsoft experience
3. Minimum 4 years’ experience with SharePoint
**The ideal resume would contain recent Client experience, demonstrated experience with Microsoft 365 or Office 365, strong skills in Excel and Power BI, and excellent communication abilities. They should be able to manage a high volume of tasks efficiently and possess a growth mindset to navigate the ambiguous space of the customer experience organization.**
