Job Overview:


The team is focused on data governance, specifically working with a data governance solution that recently went to market.


Key projects: This role will contribute to various tasks, including project coordination, support for ROB (Rhythm of Business), OKRs (Objectives and Key Results), and budget management.


The role will consist of 10% meeting, 20% coordinating and working with different people, either asynchronously or through quick chats, 30-40% head-down, 30% miscellaneous activities and ad hoc tasks.


This role provides the opportunity to work with the client’s Startup team, which has recently gone to market with high customer demand.


There is a lot of opportunity for creativity and the ability to chart one's own program of work.


The role offers a chance to be involved in various aspects of project coordination, including OKRs, budget management, and ad hoc support for planning and delivery.


Candidate Requirements:


Minimum of 7-10+ overall years of experience in the field.


Bachelors degree is required to be eligible for this role.

The ideal resume would contain strong accountability, delivery, resourcefulness, and experience working in product software, particularly in the tech industry.

Minimum 7-10 years experience with Microsoft Office suite and SharePoint


Minimum 7-10 years experience with Problem-solving skills


Minimum 7-10 years experience with strong accountability and delivery


Job Summary:


Responsible for providing support and expertise to project/program/ resource managers Job Responsibilities:


• Oversees the time recording and resource demands made by project/program teams, ensuring that it is recorded in an accurate and meaningful way.


• Provide full range of project and resourcing support on selected projects and programs.


• Co-ordinate and maintain Management Information (MI) which is timely, accurate and communicated effectively.


• Ensure projects and programs operate within the defined Project Governance controls and meet the required recording standards.


• Provide financial and resource planning and management support to projects and programs.


• Planning as required in support of project and program governance (eg. Project plans; risk and issues logs, etc.)


• Help develop and maintain resource model estimates and tracking/ forecasting resource movements and spend.


• Co-ordinate, and where appropriate lead various forums/boards/ meetings in support of project/program managers.


• Trains and supports colleagues on process and tools usage. Skills:

  • Delivering on priorities
  • Empowering self and others
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills for interpreting data
  • Very strong organizational skills
  • Ability to remain flexible in response to changing priorities
  • Self motivated and pro-active
Education/Experience:


• Educated to degree level or holds equivalent professional experience

  • Previous knowledge and experience of project management methodologies
  • Experience with MS Office programs and project management tools
  • 10+ years experience
