How would you feel about an exciting new hybrid permanent/ direct hire role as a Database Administrator in the greater Sacramento, CA region?
This is for an EXCITING mission driven non-profit that is well established in the greater Sacramento area. They are in a hyper growth phase and looking for someone who can work in a fast paced environment with a fun, supportive and diverse team.
Base pay is between $85k - $98k annually depending on experience (if you need a little bit more lets still please talk) + profit sharing + 100% covered medical (for employee only), dental, vision, PTO, and 3% 401(k) match!

Must be able to work a hybrid schedule in the greater Sacramento, CA area
3-5 years of experience in database administration, design, or development.
3-5 years of experience with Power BI or an equivalent tool
3-5 years of experience collaborating with development teams to design efficient database schemas and support application requirements.
3-5 years of experience ensuring data security, backups, and disaster recovery processes are in place and regularly tested.
3-5 years of experience monitoring and optimizing database performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement necessary improvements.
3-5 years of experience with relational database management systems (RDBMS) such as SQL Server, Oracle, or PostgreSQL.
3-5+ years of experience designing, installing, and configuring database systems, ensuring high availability and performance.
Nice to have: A Degree nice in computer scient or related field.
Personality: want someone who wants to be part of a mission driven organization/non-profit. Very cohesive, collaborative team. Need someone obviously technical, and accountable, open to people from all walks of life, they take a lot of pride in their diversity
