- Assist with legal research, writing, and preparation of documents such as contracts and resolutions.
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling, tracking expenses, and maintaining legal and board files.
- Prepare and maintain meeting minutes, coordinate Board activities, and assist with budget monitoring.
- Ensure efficiency in document management systems and legal processes.
- Communicate effectively with internal departments and external contacts.
- Maintain confidentiality and perform other tasks as assigned by the General Counsel.
- Proficient in legal research tools (WestLaw or LexisNexis) and MS Office Suite.
- Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required, with at least one year of experience in a similar role.
