- Proofreading, managing conflicts, opening new matters, handling pre-bills, scheduling, saving document
- Handling DocuSign, proofreading, and managing pre-bills
- Working on business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A), contracts, business documents, and some estate planning.
- 3+ years of Legal Assistant experience within OR state.
- knowledge of OR State and Federal rules
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in proofreading and document management.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Familiarity with business transactional work and estate planning is a plus.
