Job Description:
LHH Recruitment is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Property Assistant to join our client's team in SE Portland. This is a 2-4 month contract position with the potential for conversion based on performance and business needs. Bilingual Spanish speakers are highly preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily property management tasks, including tenant communications and maintenance coordination.
- Conduct property inspections and ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards.
- Handle tenant inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of property activities and tenant interactions.
- Support the property management team with administrative tasks and special projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in property management or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bilingual in Spanish is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
